The ACSM-EP® conducts preparticipation health screenings, submaximal graded exercise tests, strength, flexibility, and body composition assessments. The ACSM-EP® subsequently develops and administers programs designed to enhance cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and endurance, balance, and range of motion.
