Start your EMS career with
effective test prep designed to help you pass the EMT exam and provide life-saving care in the field.
The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) exam is a critical step toward certification, assessing your ability to provide emergency medical care in high-pressure situations. Administered by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT®), this exam evaluates your competency in key areas of prehospital care.
To be eligible, you must complete a state-approved EMT course and meet all NREMT requirements. The exam is computer-adaptive, meaning the number of questions you receive—ranging from 70 to 120—adapts based on your performance. You’ll have up to 2 hours to complete the exam.
The exam covers five content domains: Scene Size-up and Safety 15–19%; Primary Assessment 39–43%; Secondary Assessment 5–9%; Patient Treatment and Transport 20–24%; Operations 10–14%.
Passing the EMT exam earns you national certification, valid for two years. To maintain certification, EMTs must complete continuing education or pass a recertification exam.

Helped me not only pass, but excel in both my class and on the NREMT. I Love the way it explains why the answer is right, and why the other answers are wrong. Provides you with everything you need to be able to make educated assumptions on questions you get stumped on. Passed NREMT first try, and got an A in my EMT class.
