Elevate your career in pediatric primary care and make a lasting impact on children's lives by passing the CPNP-PC® exam.
The PNCB Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care (CPNP-PC®) exam is for nurses seeking certification in primary care pediatric nursing. Health Maintenance and Promotion focuses on anticipatory guidance, immunization counseling, injury prevention, illness prevention, and education on social, behavioral, and mental health. The Assessment and Diagnosis section evaluates the ability to perform physical exams, interpret diagnostic tests, and make clinical decisions based on patient history and exam findings. Management emphasizes counseling, therapeutic interventions, procedures, collaboration, and care coordination. Finally, the Leadership, Ethics, and Practice Management section covers topics like evidence-based practice, legal and ethical issues, and practice management, ensuring that practitioners can lead and manage their practice effectively.
