The SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam is offered by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is designed for HR professionals who implement policies, serve as a point of contact for employees and stakeholders, deliver HR services, and perform operational HR functions. The SHRM-CP is ideal for practitioners who are engaged in HR work and wish to validate their knowledge and skills in the field.
The SHRM-CP exam focuses on operational HR knowledge and practice, testing candidates on their ability to apply HR principles to support the organization's goals. Key areas covered include employee engagement, talent acquisition, total rewards, and workforce planning. The exam also assesses candidates’ understanding of HR policies, compliance requirements, and employee relations. Situational judgment questions are used to evaluate practical decision-making skills in various HR scenarios, such as conflict resolution, workplace investigations, or implementing employee development programs.
Eligibility for the SHRM-CP requires candidates to have one to four years of HR-related experience, depending on their level of education. Candidates have 3 hours and 40 minutes divided into two 110-minute sections to answer a total of 134 multiple-choice questions. There are 80 stand-alone knowledge-based questions, and 54 are scenario-based situational judgment items. The certification is valid for three years and must be renewed through earning 60 PDCs.

I highly recommend this app for SHRM-CP. This app helped me more than any other study material! I wish I could rate this higher than 5 stars, I could not have passed without it.
