Content Area I. – Human Development, Diversity, and Behavior in the Environment
The weight for Content Area I. Human Development, Diversity, and Behavior in the Environment decreased by seven percentage points to 24%.
Content Area II. – Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning
Content Area II. Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning increased by four percentage points to 30%.
Content Area III. – Psychotherapy, Clinical Interventions, and Case Management
Content Area III. Psychotherapy, Clinical Interventions, and Case Management was viewed as slightly more important, garnering 27% of the exam (up from 25% in 2011).
Content Area IV. – Professional Values and Ethics
Content Area IV. Professional Values and Ethics gained one additional percentage point, reflecting the continued importance of knowledge of values and ethics within the social work profession.
