After August 31, 2016, the TEAS V will be out and the ATI TEAS® will be the new standard for nursing school entrance.
If you’re taking the test on or after August 31, 2016, you should purchase the ATI TEAS Sixth Edition study manual. The test updates are reflected in the sixth edition study manual, so reviewing this is highly recommended.
The structure of the exam will remain the same. The test will still consist of 170 total questions with 20 unscored pretest items (only 150 are scored). The exam will still be comprised of four sections: Math, Reading, Science, and English and Language Usage; however, content within those sections is changing (see the content comparison table linked below). You will have 209 minutes to take the test.
